Chris Gale who recently scored fifty in just 12 balls in BIG BASH LEAGUE, has became equal to Yuvraj Singh in creating record of fastest fifty in T20’s ever. Chris Gale also played beautiful innings and now both Yuvraj and Gale are on the same record of fastest fifty in just 12 balls. Yuvraj Singh had made his record of fastest fifty in the inaugural T20 World Cup where he bashed off England’s bowler Stuart broad by hitting 6 sixes in an over and created a biggest record in the world of T20 cricket. But, Gale has now became another one to set the same record.
The match was played between Adelaide Strikers and Melbourne Renegades in BBL where Gale took the bat nicely and made his 12 balls 50, he scored 56 in just 17 balls includes 7 sixes and one boundry. After his marvelous batting in BBL, Yuvraj Singh commented on Face book that he is not happy that Gale couldn’t able to break his record of fastest fifty in 12 balls. He became more happy if Gale could break his record in the BBL. He said that he wants that some day Gale would break his record by making fastest fifty in just 10 balls.
Yuvraj further stated that AB de Villiers has also the capability to break his record. AB de Villers is included in the list of those brilliant players who are able to break the amazing records of cricket. But the record of Yuvraj Singh is still there because BBL is a league match series not an international T20 therefore one cannot count it in the records which are set by the players in official T20 matches. But anyhow the initiator of this record said that he wants that some day Chris Gale and AB de Villers would break his record of fastest fifty in 12 balls, whereas he asked Gale to break his record in next time by hitting another fastest fifty in just 10 balls.
